How to make Relaxation a Habit in 2018

Each vacation period I like to take what I call a "Digital Holiday" so I can truly make a clean break from the world of work, relax and have some uninterrupted quality time with family and friends. 

You can achieve extraordinary results by doing this...

My suggestion is to switch off all digital devices for at least 24 hours. Yes, you might experience withdrawal symptoms and, if you do, perhaps that’s an important message. At the very least, avoid checking your emails. The world can wait.
