About Gerry
Most leadership experts have never stood on a stage in front of 10,000 people, wondering if they'd hold the room. Gerry has — and that experience changes how you think about performance, presence and what it really takes to bring people with you.
Before working with leaders, Gerry spent years as a professional musician — teaching, composing, recording and performing on stages ranging from intimate clubs to festival crowds of thousands. He also held full-time management roles throughout that period, which means he understands the real demands of organisational life from the inside.
That combination — performer, manager, researcher — is what makes his work distinctive. Gerry translates what we know about how our brains actually work into tools leaders can use when the stakes are real. His ongoing research and regular conversations with some of the world's leading thinkers mean he consistently brings fresh insight to the challenges that matter most right now.
He has delivered programmes for major EU institutions and global organisations, and hosts the Leading People podcast.
