Learning Essentials is a three-hour live online workshop — the direct follow-on from the Leading People CafĂ©. It takes the five learning challenges revealed in the CafĂ© and turns them into a practical design framework you can apply in your own organisation.Â
It builds on the foundations of training transfer research (including the 12 Levers framework I’m certified in) and integrates the Brain-Based Design principles I’m certified in through the NeuroLeadership Institute.Â
It runs once — in September 2026, as part of the September cohort. Cohort size is capped to keep the live interaction quality high.Â

About Gerry Murray
