Terms & Conditions

All online transactions are processed through the website: www.theshoppingexperience.eu which is owned by Reputation Matters bvba.

The following Terms & Conditions relate to all products & services bought from Reputation Matters bvba:

Training courses/events/seminars

  • All prices quoted are subject to the addition of VAT/BTW/TVA at the prevailing rate.
  • Payment in full must have been received by us as cleared funds prior to the commencement of the training course or event booked. Failure to do so will result in the refusal of delegate access to the training course or event booked.
  • If, for any reason, you have to cancel an agreed booking this must be notified to us in writing and the cancellation fees will apply as shown:

    Less than 1 month.....100%
    Less than 3 months....75%
    More than 3 months...50%

  • Certification trainings require attendance on the entire course and the successful completion of all pre-course work.
  • We regret that in view of the highly specialized nature of our courses, which can be planned as much as 12 months in advance, that we will strictly adhere to our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Scale. We may, at our discretion, consider a substitute delegate, however, due to course popularity no course can be transferred to a future date or an alternative course.
