Changing Minds
An overview of organizational change and how to communicate this.

What will we cover?
You will be introduced to change management methodologies and we'll explore the role of mindset and thinking styles in effecting change. We will demonstrate how to influence these, how to engage people in the change process and explore the role of leaders.
You will be introduced to a change toolbox that shows how leaders and communicators play an important role in communicating change. Taking this further you will focus on the specific language of change and it's impact on success or failure.
How will we do it?
The session will be highly interactive and participatory and you'll get to do some learning exercises. We use the 4-Mat system for each 90 minute segment:
- Why are you doing this segment?
- What is the theoretical basis of this segment?
- How do you acquire these skills? Exercises.
- What if you apply this learning afterwards? Q&A
The 4-Mat system ensures that all preferred learning styles are catered for.

Who will present this seminar?
Gerry Murray runs the change leadership consultancy Wide Circle and advises organizations on how to improve how they manage communication, learning and change. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, and an internationally accredited Trainer of NLP and related disciplines. He is passionate about learning and development and people achieving their full potential.
Gerry has a degree in Linguistics and French, is a Chartered Marketer and has an MBA in General Management. In the past 5 years he has trained thousands of people in how to improve their communication skills, learn more effectively and deal with change.

Bryce Redford is Director of Change & Coaching at Wide Circle. He has an MBA in International Business, International Marketing and Change Management and over 20 years business experience leading and managing change and he is the first certified NLP Coach Trainer in Europe.
